When I first decided to try acupuncture it was to relief a chronic pain in my shoulder, the regular MD just wanted to give me drugs for the pain and then ship me off to see an Orthopedic specialist. Not wanting to be on drugs or to be cut on I was open to some other type of treatment. I was very apprehensive at first about acupuncture because of my dislike of needles, but after talking with Connie, her calm demeanor her slow approach of explaining everything, the why & how of what she was going to be doing this put me completely at ease. When Connie started placing the needles she would say Ok this is to do this and you will feel the results here and sure enough I did. There was no pain and very little discomfort at all. I would highly recommend Connie Kauffman to treat anyone with acupuncture; if it can help an old skeptic like me I think this 3000 year old alternative type of treatment has to have something going for it.

I was recommended to Connie Kauffman by a friend, to treat a problem with my stomach. It was a pain that had been on going for months. I had been to see a Gastroenterologist after many scans & tests, I was given a hand full of medications and sent on my way with no real resolution to my problem, and it was time for a change. Connie was my answer. Her genuine concern for my problem was God sent. Her attention to my problems down to the smallest detail and her way of explaining what she was doing was very professional along with her gentle technique. After she resolved the problems with my digestion, she then went on to my outward appearance, She was able to remove lines and wrinkles from my face, the changes she has brought to my appearance has been wonderful, giving me an unexpected but welcome lift to my self image

I was recommended to go for acupuncture treatments to help with my substance abuse and alcoholism problems. I had heard of acupuncture, of course, but knew very little about it. After just four months of adhering to a treatment plan, which Connie designed to meet my individual needs, I am now a true believer in the power of acupuncture! I not only somewhere along the way lost my craving for alcohol, but felt so much more balanced within myself as well. Connie has also treated me for stress, sinus problems, sleep disorders, and so many other things! I would honestly recommend her program to anyone with any problem. You will feel like a new person. You will notice the power of acupuncture in your life. I know for sure that it has been a very important part of my recovery program. Balance...such a simple word...such an amazing thing to accomplish! Thank you Connie!

About four years ago, I was encouraged to try acupuncture. At that time, I was extremely stressed, having difficulty sleeping and was experiencing periods of anxiety and depression. I resisted until I just couldn't take it anymore and decided to try it. I was told to give it five weeks before deciding whether to stick with it or not. Subtly, I began to feel better and sleep well at night. I became calmer during the day, and more grounded. I knew pretty quickly that the treatments were helping me. I feel so blessed to have Connie Kauffman as my acupuncturist. I am thrilled with the results, and thank God for guiding me in this direction. I have since decided that periodic sessions will be a way of life for me. I love the balance and sense of well being that has become "normal" to me.

Before knee surgery on both knees, Connie worked with me very closely, preparing me both energetically and emotionally. I will be forever grateful, because I entered into a necessary procedure feeling that I was in the best possible condition, and frame of mind.
